SunMind leases your land for 30 years or more to develop a solar power plant. With this solution, you receive annual rent while increasing the value of your property. We handle the entire process from project development and construction through to operation, and we take full care of site maintenance. At the end of the lease, the solar installation is dismantled, and the land is restored to its original state.

A direct solar power purchase agreement can be signed between SunMind and a corporate consumer. Under this framework, the electricity generated by one or several SunMind-owned plants is supplied to you. The electricity price is fixed for the entire duration of the contract, which generally ranges from 10 to 30 years. This type of cPPA allows you to hedge against electricity price volatility while reducing the carbon footprint of your operations.

In a self-consumption project, SunMind installs a solar plant directly on your site, allowing you to benefit from clean electricity at a competitive price throughout the lifetime of the project. SunMind manages the development, financing, construction, and maintenance of the plant. An agrivoltaic project typically brings together a farmer, a landowner, and an energy producer. To facilitate collaboration and safeguard the interests of all three parties, SunMind has developed a set of standard contracts that can be tailored to the specific needs of each project. For the landowner, the project provides increased rental income. The farmer benefits from an additional source of revenue as well as advantages for crop production linked to the presence of solar panels, such as shading and improved protection against extreme weather.
