Founded by VINCI Concessions in 2021, SunMind was born from the ambition to solarize its network of over one hundred transport infrastructures across 23 countries.
Building on this strong local presence, SunMind quickly expanded its scope to design, finance and operate large-scale renewable energy projects, delivering concrete, sustainable solutions to the energy transition.
Through close collaboration with the other VINCI Concessions renewable energy companies, Helios, CME and Solarvia, SunMind has strengthened its expertise to become a comprehensive renewable energy player.
Today, we work with governments, local authorities, businesses and farmers to design tailored solutions. Thanks to this diverse ecosystem, SunMind develops solar, wind and battery storage projects, and designs hybrid solutions adapted to the specific needs of each client.

Solarvia
Founded in 2021, SOLARVIA is a subsidiary of VINCI Autoroutes dedicated to developing, designing, building and operating photovoltaic parks.
Today, SOLARVIA is developing over 530 MWp of solar projects across France, drawing on expertise in all photovoltaic technologies: ground-mounted, floating, carport and agrivoltaic.
As a long-term player and investor, supported by the land reserves, local networks and financial strength of the VINCI Autoroutes group, SOLARVIA is involved throughout the entire lifecycle of photovoltaic installations, working hand in hand with stakeholders.
Helios
Helios develops photovoltaic and battery projects across the Nordic countries, managing every stage of the development phase: land selection, permits and authorizations, grid connection, project planning and procurement. Helios also secures project financing by partnering with established landowners and investors.
With a development pipeline exceeding 10 GW of solar and storage projects in Sweden and Finland, Helios has established itself as one of the leading solar players in the Nordic region. Its deep knowledge of local markets, the expertise of its teams, and its strategic partnerships at both local and international levels ensure the profitability of its projects and the delivery of reliable energy.
CME AFRICA
CME AFRICA is a renewable energy operator specializing in the development, construction, financing, and operation of wind, solar, hydro, and storage projects in Morocco, Senegal, and other African countries.
CME AFRICA has two strategic offices in Senegal and Morocco to support its operations and strengthen its presence on the African continent.
With a portfolio of wind, solar, battery and hydroelectric projects of over 1.5 GW, CME AFRICA is positioning itself as a key player in the energy transition, offering innovative and competitive solutions that meet today’s energy challenges.
