Development
The Development team brings projects to life, ensuring their feasibility and smooth progress until they are ready for construction. It identifies and secures potential sites by conducting technical, environmental and economic feasibility studies. The team also leads the permitting process, coordinates consultations with local stakeholders and manages land negotiations.
Acting as true project conductors, its members coordinate the work of all stakeholders including local authorities, engineers, partners and lenders to successfully deliver projects from design through to commissioning.
Studies and Engineering
The Studies and Engineering team at SunMind plays a central role in project development, ensuring both technical and operational success.
Working closely with the Development team, it is responsible for feasibility analysis, management of technical studies, and coordination of all stakeholders involved in the technical aspects of each project. The team designs the installations, secures grid connection feasibility, and guarantees seamless integration in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Construction
The construction phase brings to life all the work carried out during development. It is the moment when projects take shape on the ground.
Our teams manage the EPC contract and oversee collaboration with construction partners. They coordinate all stakeholders to ensure execution meets the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental integration, right through to the commissioning of the plant.
Through on-site monitoring and strong technical expertise, they ensure smooth project execution, compliance with timelines and budgets, and optimized performance and availability of installations from the very first day of operation.
Operations and Maintenance
Once projects are commissioned, the Operations and Maintenance team takes over to ensure long-term performance.
The team makes sure that all SunMind assets operate at their full potential, in line with the production targets set during the investment committee. Working closely with O&M contractors responsible for maintenance and aggregators handling electricity sales, it manages day-to-day operations.
Accounting and Management Control
The Accounting and Management Control functions play a central support role for all SunMind teams. They handle financial management and project budget monitoring, ensuring optimal use of resources.
By providing financial analyses and clear reporting, these teams help guide strategic decisions and assess the economic performance of initiatives.
It implements performance and maintenance strategies designed to maximize energy production while extending the lifetime of installations. Its expertise is essential to securing both the profitability and sustainability of projects over time.
